Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them online. You can print the card or email it on to your giftee.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is a flat rate of $8 with FREE shipping on all orders over $150. At the present time we are only able to provide delivery to NSW, WA, VIC, SA and QLD.
When will my PlayBox arrive? All PlayLogy orders are shipped on the next business day. PlayBoxes will usually arrive (and the fun can start!) in 2-5 business days.
How do I return or exchange my PlayBox? We want both you and your baby to be totally happy with your PlayBox. If there’s a problem with yours, please contact us on Hello@PlayLogy.com. We accept returns in their original packaging, within 14 days of purchase. Just let us know your order number and your reason for returning your PlayBox. Any notes of damaged goods need to be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your PlayBox.
Where you do you deliver? This website can only deliver to customers in Australia. If you are are wanting to ship within New Zealand please visit www.playlogy.co.nz.

All our PlayBoxes have been created in collaboration with experts in early childhood education and child psychology.
All PlayLogy educational toys follow New Zealand safety regulations (AU/NZS ISO 8124), and are made from baby-friendly materials. We make a conscious effort to choose baby toys that are ethically made, and have a low impact on the environment.
