Refund policy
We want both you and your baby to be totally happy with your order. If there’s a problem with yours, please contact us on Hello@PlayLogy.com.au and the team will get back to you quickly.
We accept returns in their original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. Just let us know your order number and your reason for returning your order and we will cover the cost to get it back to us. When we receive the goods we will issue a refund on the products ordered. Refunds usually take 2-5 days to appear on your card. All products purchased during a sale are strictly final (sorry, no returns, exchanges, credits, or refunds).
Any notes of damaged goods need to be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
